Grant Documents​

Some of the required documents that many potential funders require, include but are not limited to the following:

1. 501(c) 3 letter/Tax Exempt letter
2. Audited Financial Statements
3. Most recent IRS Form 990 or 990EZ
4. Annual operating budget (current)
5. Year-end financial statement from the most recently completed fiscal year
6. Copy of State Articles of Incorporation document
7. Resumes or bios from key staff
8. List of the Board of Directors, including personal and professional experience, place of employment and any
other community affiliations
9. Letters of support or endorsement
The larger the grant amount, the more documentation the funders typically seek.
